Islamism mainstreamed

Why is Islamism gaining more and more ground in Western societies? We have to admit the liberals are also doing their part. Some don’t dare express any criticism for fear of being labelled “islamophobic”. Other folks’ false sense of tolerance leads to Islamist messages not being fought consistently. This benefits above all non-violent Islamism, which does not fight with weapons, but whose supporters endeavour to change our societies gradually by other means. If we want to defend our democratic values, we must oppose this development resolutely.
